Services
ML Drone Service and Rentals provides:
- Professional drone services (aerial photography, videography, surveying, inspections)
- Drone rental services
- Related consultation and support services
Bookings and Rentals
Booking Process
- All bookings must be made through our website, Facebook page, or phone
- Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
- We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion
Payment Terms
- Payment is required in advance or as a deposit before service delivery
- We accept GCash, Maya, and GoTyme payments
- All prices are in Philippine Peso (₱) and include 12% VAT
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund
- Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, or technical issues
- In case of cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule
Drone Rentals
Rental Terms
- Renters must be at least 18 years old
- Valid identification is required for all rentals
- Renters are responsible for the safe operation of the drone
- Drones must be returned in the same condition as provided
Liability and Damage
- Renters are liable for any damage, loss, or theft of rented equipment
- Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the renter
- Late returns may incur additional fees
Service Delivery
Professional Services
- All drone operations are conducted by PSSO-certified operators
- We comply with all local regulations and safety standards
- Service delivery times are estimates and may vary
Weather and Safety
- Drone operations are weather-dependent
- We reserve the right to postpone services due to unsafe conditions
- Safety is our top priority and takes precedence over scheduled timelines
Intellectual Property
Service Content
- For paid services, you retain ownership of the final delivered content
- We may use project images for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed
- Raw footage and unedited content remain our property
Website Content
- All website content, including text, images, and logos, is our property
- Unauthorized use of our website content is prohibited
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ML Drone Service and Rentals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ML Drone Service and Rentals from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations when using our services, including:
- Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) regulations
- Local ordinances regarding drone operations
- Privacy and data protection laws

Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Davao City.
